Intent communication

When a proper TM Forum formatted intent has been formed, it is time to send it to an intent handler that is capable of understanding and fulfilling the intent. TM Forum has created an API for this, and we have created a reference implementation for the needed parts of this API for the 5G4Data use case MVS. The reference implementation includes an OpenAPI specification, meaning that server stubs can be generated in many programming languages and tech stack setups.
